Every session is built around you — whether you're looking to unwind, work through chronic tension, or manage ongoing pain. All sessions use my light-touch neuromuscular approach, tailored to your body and your goals. Choose the length that fits your needs below.
60 mins $110
A focused session, great for targeting a specific area of tension or pain, or for a shorter reset when time is tight. Ideal for regular maintenance visits or a quick but effective dose of relief.
90 mins $160
My most popular session length. Enough time to address problem areas and allow for a full-body, relaxing experience. A great choice if you're managing chronic pain in more than one area or simply want a deeper, more unhurried session.
120 mins $215
The most thorough option, ideal for complex or long-standing pain patterns, multiple areas of concern, or when you want serious time to fully relax and let your nervous system settle. Many clients treat this as a reset for both body and mind.
What to ExpectEvery session begins with a short conversation about what's going on in your body and what you're hoping to get out of our time together — whether that's pain relief, relaxation, or both. From there, I use precise, lighter-pressure neuromuscular techniques to work with your body, not against it. My approach is especially well-suited for anyone who finds deep tissue work too intense, as well as those managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply looking for effective bodywork without unnecessary force.
Good to Know
New clients: Please remember to fill out your intake paperwork and do not arrive more than 5 mins early
Cancellation policy: I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel 24 hours before your appointment, you will owe ½ your appointment cost. (there are few exceptions to this policy)
Payment: I take cash, Venmo, or online payment via card.
Gift Certificates: I do sell gift certificates!
Packages: I sell packages of 3 and 5 massages. My packages are sold at a discounted rate.
