I've always been a tactile person. Give me a knot to untangle, a puzzle to solve, a pattern to figure out with my hands, and I'm happy. That instinct is basically the foundation of everything I do as a massage therapist. When a client comes in with a shoulder that hasn't felt right in months, or a low back that flares up every time they garden, I get to use my hands to figure out why — and then help their body let it go. It's the same part of my brain that lights up when I'm spinning fiber or working through a tricky knitting pattern: curious, patient, and a little bit obsessed with getting it right.

At the heart of it, I just love helping people. I want the folks who come see me to leave feeling better than when they walked in — not just physically, but in that quieter way, where you remember what it feels like to relax. I love life, and I want that for everyone I work with too.

I trained at MTI Davis and am certified through the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC). My focus is on neuromuscular massage — a lighter-touch, more precise approach that targets the actual source of pain and tension rather than relying on brute force. I love this style of work because it lets me combine that puzzle-solving instinct with real, lasting relief for my clients.
